3. User Responsibilities

You must use the website and apps lawfully. You must not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the apps. You are responsible for your device security and for content and data you import, store or process.

4. Intellectual Property

You import and play your own audiobook files and are responsible for having the required rights or permissions. The app does not host, upload, or distribute audiobook content.

6. Saventia AI

Use of Apple Intelligence

Saventia AI uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Model, also known as Apple Intelligence. All processing occurs on-device, with no transmission to external servers.

AI-Generated Content

On-device outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for your interpretation of, and reliance on, AI-generated content.
